Meanwhile, Erin Armstrong and Amber Hall are in Tucson running the annual SAR 1/2 marathon race. Good luck ladies!!! - I hope the race went well! Please share some photos with the B12TRIbe!
For next Saturday- I will be posting up a new 8 to 10 mile running route for the long run! Also, we will be resuming the sprint runs during the week. Have a great Sunday!
